I stopped in to try the Dong Chi Mi Gook Su because they are known for having the very best. It was by far the best. The service was also great, the staff was knowlwdgable and explained the menu and the prices were very fair. I will be a regular here.

The cold noodle here is THE BEST. Eat it simultaneously with the meat, dipped in salt, and rejoice.

One of my favorite kbbq places in ktown so far. It's not AYCE and even though the price of one of the most expensive meat would easily match a good AYCE place, the quality and freshness of the banchans (side dishes) and the meat itself it's worth it. The portion of the house meat can feed 3 adults. Make sure you order the noodles in the cold broth, it balances well with the greasiness of the meat. It was a perfect meal after a hiking. Service was fast as efficient.

A community favorite place for not only Korean BBQ but cold noodles. Their cold noodles are so refreshing with plenty of radish and cucumber flavored, the noodles are smooth and white, pleasantly change of cold noodles from the arrowroot that I've been accustomed to. My friend and I went with the second tier bbq option that had galbi. But we could have been ok with the first tier as it had beef tongue and it was our favorite meat. The tender texture is a delight to eat. Portions are worth the price as the quality of meat is higher.

The Corner Place, aka Ghilmok is a great spot for the combination of dongchimi guksu (radish water kimchi noodles) + kbbq. Dongchimi guksu is very light, refreshing, and pairs well with the fatty cuts of meat that Ghilmok specializes in. The place can get quite smokey with the bbq grills despite the ventilation hoods at each table, so just be aware. For a party of 5, we ordered the following -3 dongchimi guksu noodles (one bowl can easily serve 2 people) -#14 Modum Gui set B (choose 3 meat cuts) (#11 kalbi, #12 Ghilmok Gui, and #13 Ghilmok Roast Gui) Out of all the meat cuts, I'd say that #12 Ghilmok Gui was by far the favorite in our group as it was super tender and packed with flavor compared to the other two which were quite chewy. You probably couldn't go wrong with just ordering three portions of the Ghilmok Gui! Service was pretty decent and staff were attentive with refilling side dishes (banchan) and requests. Overall, highly recommend if you're craving noodles plus kbbq and want to switch it up from the usual naengmyeon+kalbi combos.

I really enjoyed this place! Unlike other K-BBQ places, this place feels very "homey" and has that "OG" feel to it. I feel like other places try to be too fancy, charge you extra for no reason, and gear towards younger audience whereas this place doesn't try to any of that. It's very simple, menu isn't overwhelming, and the price point is actually pretty fair. I ordered the premium galbi and it was enough to feed two adults + two kids. I like how they give you a lot of side dishes, let you cook the meat on your own, and eat at your own comfortable pace. Cold noodle was indeed very delicious. I mean I feel like it's mostly MSG but I mean to me as long as it tastes good, I really could care less haha. I'm probably super biased because I enjoy old school, not super fancy, simple restaurants so if you prefer those fancy bbq spots, you probably might not enjoy this spot but if you are like me and don't care about all that stuff and just want to focus on good food and good service at a fair price point, then this place will definitely meet your need!

Great cuts of meat. Solid for Korean old folks and families alike. Savory shaved green onion salad and side dishes (but the kimchi tasted off :/ Quick attentive service. They put the meat for you initially on the grill but the rest of the turning you have to do yourself. The meat we ordered was well-marbled. I asked what ? They said "rib."

Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 4/5 First time here, we ordered the Galbi meat with cold noodle. Food wise, it is so delicous and the meat quality is great. One of the top authentic korean bbq restaurant. The cold noodle, you MUST try it here. They have a parking lot but during the weekend it might not be easy to find parking. Servers are nice and I will come back with my friends again!

The food is so good here it always hits the spot. The marination on the galbi is perfect, not overly sweet, and the quality meat itself is good too. The cold noodles are chewy and the soup is tangy and delicious. The service is what it is, they take your order and check on you, but nothing above and beyond. There's a ton of seating, lots of booths, and some tables in the middle. There's a parking lot but it does get full at times so that's the only downside. Amazing food though!

Corner Place has been around for decades and it's a classic for cold noodles and Korean BBQ. It's been a favorite of mine since childhood. The cold noodle soup (동치미 국수) is an absolute must. The broth is out of this world. No one can make it like Corner Place does. My usual order lately has been the premium galbi. The premium galbi is much more tender than the regular galbi and I think it's worth the minor upcharge. The quality of the premium galbi is excellent and the marinade is perfect - not too sweet or overpowering. Their green onion salad slightly marinated in sesame oil and pepper flakes go so well with their meat. Parking can be a bit tough during peak hours but they have a lot across the street for overflow parking. Oh and don't forget to ask for their mints at the end of the meal.
